ORA-32030: an SPFILE is already associated with the instance

Cause: An attempt was made to update the parameter SPFILE on an instance that was already associated with an spfile.

Action: Restart the instance with a parameter file.

ORA-32030错误表示系统已经有一个SPFILE(系统参数文件)被关联的实例。错误发生的情况是当用户在一个实例已经存在SPFILE的情况下继续进行SPFILE的创建动作，出现这种情况一般属于运维者操作上的问题，可能是不小心连接到另一个实例并且连接另一个实例时也进行了SPFILE创建。

正常处理步骤为：

1、确认发生问题的实例是哪个

2、如果确认实例已经存在SPFILE，则使用shutdown immediate之后再启动即可，如果没有则使用create pfile from spfile命令将SPFILE转换为PFILE，然后再使用startup pfile replicate=no 命令将实例启动起来。
