Cause: Can not find one of the datafile that should be in the Pluggable Set.

Action: Make sure all datafiles are specified via import command line option or parameter files.

ORA-19721 表示ORACLE数据库只能确定数据文件的前一部分，而没有办法确定文件后续部分的数据。

常见案例

通常这种错误会发生在物理磁盘空间损坏时，实例ASC字典结构中维护的文件信息不准确，或者运行一般文件命令时，文件编号无法映射到文件磁盘上，也会出现这样的信息。

正常处理方法及步骤

1、按照文件号从系统字典中查找对应的文件名；

2、如果能找到相应的文件，使用oracle建议的命令重启受影响的实例；

3、如果找不到文件，则使用还原恢复，从相应的备份把文件恢复出来，重启受影响的实例。
