1. 检查数据库服务器节点上$ORACLE_HOME/dbs文件夹下是否有控制文件，如果没有，则应复制它从某台服务器，或者使用脚本$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/catalog.sql来创建控制文件；

2. 检查alert.log文件，了解是否已经挂载了控制文件，如果没有，用sysdba手动挂载控制文件；

3. 如果alert.log中没有明确挂载控制文件的记录，那么可以尝试以sysdba身份用SQL*Plus对应用程序（如果有）或者操作系统登录到实例；

4. 如果发现控制文件损坏，请使用备份控制文件进行恢复；

5. 如果发现控制文件中的口令文件损坏，请使用操作系统的mkstore工具重新建立口令文件。因为在控件文件更改口令时，只会更改口令文件而不会更改控件文件本身，所以有时候，当口令文件损坏时，可能会出现ORA-00220的错误。
