2、接着检查当前的ORACLE_HOME是否正确的设置；

3、如果你已安装了多个ORACLE_HOME，那么就需要将错误的ORACLE_HOME及其组件删除；

4、最后shutdown 数据库，然后重新启动，看看问题是否解决。
