ORA-00043一般是由于在节点上启动了多个实例来部署Oracle RAC环境，但却要求启动多个集群组服务，因此会报出该错误。

正常处理方法及步骤

1、检查出错是否是由于在实例中同时启动了多个集群组服务导致；

2、关闭重复的集群组服务，只保留一个有效的集群组服务；

3、再次尝试实例的连接，以确保集群组服务不再发生错误；

4、在每个节点上检查是否存在相同的CRS服务，如果有，请删除重复的CRS服务；

5、重新同步集群组服务，并启动所有实例，以确保正常运行。
